Help Democrats Take Back The House!

Six years ago, we lost my friend and colleague and our hero Congressman John Lewis — the Conscience of the Congress. As we mark the anniversary of his passing, we honor John’s life of courageous service and faith in action. His call to make “Good Trouble” has never been more urgent or prophetic. It is in causing good, necessary trouble that we will bring America closer to our ideals of liberty and justice for all.

Republicans are continuing to slash health care for millions, wasting billions in taxpayer dollars on a reckless war of choice and lining the pockets of their billionaire donors. They ignore the voices of Americans who demand lower costs and safe and secure communities at their own electoral peril. As we saw last night, the President is focused not on the needs of working families but on abusing the bully pulpit to spew baseless propaganda, solely intended to cast doubt and interfere with the upcoming election. The President spoke nothing but shameful lies. The American people are sick and tired of the chaos, cruelty and corruption of his MAGA regime.

The best antidote to the Republicans’ poisonous policies and extremist agenda is winning elections.

Voters deserve a Congress and government that fight for them and their priorities: affordability, good-paying jobs, health care access, safety and a thriving, vibrant Democracy. And that’s what voters will have when Democrats take back the Congress this November — building momentum to win the White House in 2028.

We have our work cut out for us to take back the House and bring relief to working families across this country — and Democrats are doing that work. Our phone banks are going strong and our VIPs, our amazing Volunteers in Politics, are connecting with voters and building beloved community. This is what makes our Democracy work — when we connect, share stories, take action and inspire others to take action!
