Help Democrats Take Back The House!

Dear Friends,

 Washington Republicans want to take away your health care and your voice — that is why they’re sabotaging the Affordable Care Act and gerrymandering districts to cling to power.

But Californians have the compassion and courage to stop them. Use your voice — Vote Yes On Prop 50!

San Francisco Building & Construction Trades, San Francisco Labor Council and all of our labor partners are leading canvassing efforts to get the message out to the doors for California voters to be informed and to make a plan to vote.

Thanks to your help, our grassroots Volunteers in Politics (VIPs) are on the phones several times a week to do all we can to Save Our Health Care and share information about Prop 50, and you can join us.

Also this week, we saw on a global stage the unfortunate delusional ramblings of this President – full of lies and hateful rhetoric that are not only harmful to our international reputation, but a distraction from his domestic agenda rooted in dismantling our safety net to fund tax breaks for billionaires. The Republican playbook is clear: rig the system and undermine democracy. But we will not let them write off American families and redraw district lines to form a rubber-stamp Congress — we have our own playbook:

We draw the line at Trump’s cuts to health care.

We draw the line at rising grocery prices. 

We draw the line at selling out American workers.
